I Have a Problem and That Problem Is Underbelly

Underbelly is by far my favorite tert. I have a scroll and about ten different candidates for it. Help a dragon keeper out?



This is Harley. He's a drab stone-colored dragon with shiny maize wings. Ivory is usually a pretty muted color and I thought it would make a nice underbelly on him, but I'm not certain if it doesn't look garishly yellow against his primary color.



Whereas Wendy is a wildclaw, and I think the bright green underbelly enhanced her muted slate/swamp color scheme.

It looks good on both of them, but of the two, I'd definitely go with Wendy.

It looks good on both Wildclaws and on all the pearlies except Harley. You're right about the maize: it's a warm color, and his other colors are cool neutrals.

I wonder what he'd look like with crackle, whether it would warm up his whole palette. I'll have to keep that in mind.

I was surprised by how good underbelly looked in maize! I'm definitely shopping around for more of that. I also really like basic/basic/underbelly, even if it is sacrilege.
