Why're you giving up the imp smoke project? Out of curiosity.

I gave up on ever seeing Smoke in the Marketplace, and also, the color combo on that imp for smoke was just a little too loud. I am coming around to the thought that more subtle smokes are sometimes prettier and I'd rather just buy pre-smoked (...oh dear) dragons gened up by people who are better at aesthetics than I am. I can recognize what I like when I see it but I'm pretty bad at designing dragons. :p

Oh I hear that. Maybe once they release the new genes Smoke will be more available? We can hope.

Agree that subtle smoke genes are the nicest. That's what I don't like about most of the tert genes, actually; crackle's especially bad at just, like, taking over and being really, really loud.
